Policy Support Projects

Policy Support projects typically involve working with government and assisting bureaucrats in problem solving and managing an issue of importance. Such projects are extremely diverse and could range from (but not limited to) –

• Helping set up the project management unit for various key government initiatives
• Setting up dashboards to monitor performance of government schemes/initiatives/action plans
• Analyzing data for key government schemes and assisting the government in taking actions/reforms based on the findings
• Strategic research for various ministries to help them in short and long term formulation of policies

The Project Planning & Implementation Division has worked with number of Ministries on projects, including (but not limited to) – Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Ministry of Railways, NITI Aayog (erstwhile planning commission of India), Ministry of New and Renewable Energy, Department of Administrative Reform and Public Grievances (DARPG) and others.
