I am Ashish Gambhir, and in 2017, I joined the Quality Council of India (QCI) as a senior intern. Despite being my first organization, I quickly embraced the challenges that came my way. I progressed to middle management, thanks to the guidance and mentorship provided to me.

Over the past six years, I have undertaken diverse responsibilities that allowed me to contribute to the automation of various processes, from developing dynamic dashboards for our team and clients to completing the first drone-assisted evaluation for a project requiring water body mapping, a first for PPID. I felt proud when our former chairman, Adil Zaniualbhai, praised this initiative in front of everyone.

Being a part of QCI means the opportunity to make a positive impact on our country, from working on projects like ODF to focusing on the safety and security of cities. The innovative approach of our Young Professionals (YPs) has helped me develop an analytics approach to problem-solving.

To invest in our employee development, we must provide them with opportunities for training and development. This will allow them to enhance their skills, advance their careers, and improve retention and morale.
