Modern Video Surveillance System for Central Warehousing Corporation

Project Brief: QCI was appointed as a PMC/ PMU by CWC to achieve its vision by assisting in designing of a modern video surveillance technology architecture and monitoring its implementation at ~250 Food grain warehouses across the country.

Third Party Sampling, Testing and Analysis of Coal

Project Brief: Coal India Limited (CIL) nominated Quality Council of India (QCI) to conduct the third-party sampling, testing, and analysis of coal which aims to ensure to uphold the quality of coal, bring more transparency in the process and to enable quality-based pricing mechanism for the coal dispatches..

PMU for Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra

Project Brief: QCI has set up a PMU under the Ministry of Agriculture to ensure seamless coordination among various stakeholders for evaluating the impact under the transformative initiative of Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra (VBSY) brought forth by the GOI.

Surveillance of Milk and Milk Products 2023

Project Brief: Quality Council of India provided FSSAI with a framework for an independent third-party quality assessment, encompassing both sample collection and testing of the milk and milk product samples across 640 districts/cities to evaluate their compliance as per the required parameters.

Initiatives with DARPG on Public Grievances and Administrative Reforms

Project Brief: QCI has been assisting DARPG since 2015 through its continuous work on projects regarding monitoring and management of CPGRAMS, Secretariat Reforms, Evaluation of initiatives for increasing efficiency in decision making, and monitoring the implementation of National eGovernance Service Delivery Assessment recommendations. Broadly, QCI initiatives can be divided under two themes: Public Grievances and Secretariat Reforms
