DAMANDEEP SINGH

As a fresh graduate, I joined the Quality Council of India (QCI) as a Management Trainee in search of meaningful work and opportunities to grow. Now, over four years later, I have progressed from a Trainee to an Analyst and Project Lead, successfully leading and presenting three high-level projects. I’m currently co-leading the Open Defecation Free Certification project, a high-priority initiative at QCI. My experience has been enriching, as every day presents new challenges that I’ve been able to address with my diversified skill set in team management, operations, data analysis, strategic planning, and stakeholder management.
