KUSHAGRA KATHURIA

I am Kushagra Kathuria, a computer applications graduate from Allagappa University, Tamil Nadu. I have been associated with this organization for 6 years since joining as a fresher in May 2017.Currently, I serve as an Associate Manager in the GFC Star Rating Protocols Project, launched by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs. As an Associate Manager, I handle several responsibilities, including team management, strategic assessment planning, stakeholder management, and data analysis.

I have successfully led several projects such as Swachh Odisha and Ranking of Jails in Haryana, as an Analyst, without any escalations or delays. My performance has earned me three promotions within the organization in the last 6 years. Our organization’s working culture is highly supportive and employee-friendly, with time flexibility, a positive work environment, and dedicated managers. The organization puts a lot of emphasis on employee satisfaction and welfare.
