Our own ministry of coal, we engage the QCI to see how we can ensure quality of coal is assured. Over the last few years quality of coal has improved significantly in terms of more accurate grading of coal, in terms of threshing the coal to desired level so you don’t get boulders. QCI has helped in devising mechanisms both to monitor the quality and holding people accountable for that.”
