Since joining QCI two years ago, my gratitude knows no bounds. QCI provides an expansive platform that allows individuals to evolve from a small nebula into a dynamic, exploding star. There are no limitations; instead, mentors and colleagues propel you to break through every challenging barrier. Engaging with and presenting to high-level government officials would have been an unattainable goal without the unwavering support of seniors and mentors. Over the past two years, my focus has been actively directed towards collaborating with senior bureaucrats and government officials to provide input on policy interventions and enhance the quality of infrastructural projects crucial for the nation's development. I eagerly anticipate participating in more high-quality work and advancing my professional growth in the coming years.

Arpit Mathur, a BITS Pilani graduate, who has previously worked with Tata Trusts and is passionate about societal impact and driving positive change. After joining QCI in 2020, I worked in the Atal Bhujal Yojana Project, managing operations, finances, and logistics for assessing and implementing the scheme in 8,000+ gram panchayats across 7 States. Currently, I am working with the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances, Government of India, in the Project Management Unit (PMU), streamlining CPGRAMS services, a one-stop portal for all citizens to lodge public grievances.
My time at QCI has been transformative, enhancing both my professional and personal growth. In the past 3 years, I shifted from field operations and grassroots engagement to collaborating with a Ministry and senior bureaucrats. This journey significantly expanded my understanding of government processes and complexities.

In my enriching three years at QCI's PPID Division, I've had the privilege of mentors who not only guided us through task intricacies but also fostered unwavering trust. I began my journey at the Quality Council of India as an intern and now have gained 2.5 years of experience within the organization. During this time, I have been entrusted with leadership roles and tasked with delivering diverse projects on a nationwide scale. Before joining QCI, I had long imagined to work with/for the Government. After getting enough fortunate got the chance to join this esteemed organisation, where my team and seniors excelled at professionalism and the work ethics was truly remarkable. After spending 2.4 years under various projects for PPID, I have realised that my academics may have provided me feathers but QCI gave the sky to explore. During my tenure I’ve been involved with remarkable Project Managers for various projects, my seniors not only guided me through, but gave me the opportunity to excel my existing skillset.
