The selection process is meticulous, comprising four layers of screening — aptitude test, technical interview, background verification, and psychometric test and interview. This meticulous selection is designed to form a dynamic cohort of participants who will thrive in the Gunvatta Gurukul learning experience and positively contribute to their respective fields and society at large.

Recognizing the dynamic nature of industries, the curriculum is meticulously crafted to be in sync with the needs of the evolving job market. Tailored for recent graduates from any field of study and young professionals with 0-2 years of experience, the 8-week classroom program will focus on enhancing their skills, through extensive curriculum modules covering both behavioural and technical programs.

Gunvatta Gurukul aspires to create a holistic learning environment that goes beyond traditional academic boundaries. The program focuses on developing academic, practical, interpersonal, and leadership skills. An emphasis on experiential learning sets this program apart, providing participants with insights into the government ecosystem and an understanding of the public policy domain through case studies and fieldwork.
