Gunvatta Gurukul is a comprehensive 8-week classroom/field training program aimed at building a cadre of young professionals who are passionate about serving the nation in the Kartavya Kaal to fulfil the vision of ‘Developed India 2047’

Gunvatta Gurukul’s Objective is to Empower individuals with high-value skills, foster personal and professional growth equipping them with tools to succeed in the competitive employment landscape
  • Qualification: Graduation (Any Stream) is a must
  • Age: Maximum 25 years
  • Experience: Fresher to 2 years
The selection process is meticulous, comprising four layers of screening:
  • General Aptitude Assessment
  • Technical Round
  • Background verification
  • Behavioural Assessment and Personal Interview Assessment
This meticulous selection is designed to form a dynamic cohort of participants who will thrive in the Gunvatta Gurukul learning experience and positively contribute to their respective fields and society at large
  • Campus-to-workplace transition
  • Research, Data analysis & interpretation
  • Communication & Presentation
  • Report Writing
  • An overview of the government system and quality ecosystem of the country – which includes governments, regulators, quality infrastructure bodies, industry, etc.
  • Leadership Connect Sessions with QCI Leadership team and relevant Technical Industry Experts outside QCI.
  • Case Studies & Filed Visits – providing the opportunity to apply classroom knowledge in real-world settings, etc.
Gunvatta Gurukul stands as a pivotal contributor to the agenda of Quality India. It will bolster the nation’s workforce quality as a step towards fostering a more productive, competent and resilient workforce to achieve the goal of becoming a developed nation by 2047. All our students will receive completion certificates based on merit. Throughout the 8-week program, candidates will be entitled to a monthly stipend of Rs. 15,000.
Upon completion of the training, exceptional performers might be given the opportunity for potential employment with QCI and its recruitment depending on business needs. Employability will be determined based on the final assessment results of the program and the candidates’ suitability, all of which will be merit-based. The decision of Gunvatta Gurukul’s management in this regard will be final and binding.
At present, QCI does not offer allowances for relocation, travel, or accommodation. However, to support our students during the program, we provide a monthly stipend of Rs. 15,000.
