The Project Planning & Implementation Division has worked with number of Ministries on projects, including (but not limited to) – Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Ministry of Railways, NITI Aayog (erstwhile planning commission of India), Ministry of New and Renewable Energy, Department of Administrative Reform and Public Grievances (DARPG) and others.
Implementation projects typically involve the Project Planning & Implementation Division taking over the implementation of a particular govt. scheme or initiative and executing it in its entirety. Such projects will typically involve the following phases –
